At The Crochet Crosia, every product is handmade with care. Since crochet products are customized and made-to-order, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
1. Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges
Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or wrong items received. Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags/packaging intact. Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return or refund, unless they arrive damaged.
2. Return & Refund Process
Notify us within 3 days of receiving the order with pictures of the product and packaging. Once approved, the item must be shipped back within 7 days. After inspection, we will process either: A replacement/exchange, or A refund to your original payment method (excluding shipping charges).
3. Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, as handmade items are crafted quickly.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Customized crochet products.Items on sale or clearance. Gift cards/vouchers.
